From a small plot of Xarel·lo vase-trained (gobelet) vines, planted in 1938 in Sant Martí Sarroca, comes our Gisele Eco single-variety white wine. After a handpicked harvest of the grapes, a gentle pressing is followed by a natural clarification of the must. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, where the wine rests for six months.
Tasting notes: Pale yellow color with golden hues. Floral aroma with a dusting of cinnamon notes. Well-structured on the palate, with subtle strokes of tangerine and vanilla. Segue to a fresh, elegant, and persistent aftertaste.
Variety and production: Single-variety Xarel·lo white wine from +80-year-old vines, with alcohol fermentation and aging in French oak barrels.
Food Pairing: Sushi, spicy dishes, tempura, cod, and white meat dishes.
